SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

This has been made possible by the partnership between the Institute of Physics and GradePod. Funding from the Institute of Physics has allowed GradePod to reduce the cost of tuition by 70% for successful applicants.

We welcome applications from students worldwide, but ask that you read the information below and follow the instructions carefully.

INFORMATION:

• Applications will be reviewed upon submission and successful applicants will be informed by email.
• The scholarship application will require one document: a reference letter from a respected and trusted adult in your life. The adult should not be directly related to you and should include contact details of the referee
• Successful scholars will receive the following:
  
  • Full access to Ace Your IB Physics Exams until external exams are completed
  • Two one-to-one zoom calls with Sally (15 minutes each)
• Successful scholars will be obliged to complete the following:
  • A short assessment on how grades/confidence have improved after two months of using GradePod
  • A review of GradePod to inform other IB students how useful you have found the course (video review preferred)
  • Read through the following webpage on the Institute of Physics Website: https://www.iop.org/careers-physics/your-future-with-physics 
  • Keep any login details and learning materials from the GradePod website private and not share with other students/teachers/websites/organisations.

Your personal details are required to contact you about the success of you application. Your data will be kept private and we won't share this personal data with anyone. If the IoP would like to contact you personally, we will request permission from you separately.

In order to better serve you within the course, GradePod needs to know certain academic details. Only students at certified IBO world schools will be considered for this scholarship.

REFERENCE LETTER

To complete your application, you should upload a reference in this section.

The reference letter should be from a respected adult in your life. Please choose someone who is not directly related to you (e.g. you could choose a teacher).

The reference should include contact details for your referee (i.e. full name, email address, relationship to applicant, postal address).

The size limit for this file upload is 10MB and you can upload the following formats:
